Abstract

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Also Manguni. Sanga breed of Southern Africa (Matabele tribe).
SIZE: Small.
COLOUR: Varied/patterns.
PURPOSE: Beef/dairy.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Matabele cattle were selected and bred by European farmers, and known as Manguni until a breed association was formed and the name changed to Nkone in 1969.

Description

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
