COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Great Britain (Lowland breed of west and southern England)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Polled Herefords from USA is responsible for polled condition in 85% of British Herefords today. Popular breed in commercial crossbreeding with dairy cows due to highly heritable colour characteristics.

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
