Description

Clinical history: A 40 year old female with a history of recurring cough. A large right pleural effusion was present and pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed following a small erosion found on the region of the urethral opening. Autopsy findings: 1. Right pleural effusion.|| 2. Tuberculosis pertonitis.|| 3. Tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis|| 4. Bilateral pulmonary tuberculosis.|| 5.
